Replacement Policy
At Oh Nanny Blue, proper matching is a core priority—whether we are working with a family or a corporate partner.
Our goal is to ensure that both families and corporate collaborators benefit from a clear, reliable replacement framework, built on consistency, transparency, and quality of service.
For Families
Replacement Within the First Month
If the client decides, for reasonable and substantiated reasons, to discontinue the collaboration with a Nanny within the first month from the contract start date, we proceed with a free replacement, following the full selection process once again.
If no suitable candidate is identified, no financial charge applies for the search process.
Replacement During the Second Month
If the need for replacement arises during the second month, the cost of the new placement is set at 50% of the initial placement fee.
As in all cases, if no suitable Nanny is found, there is no additional charge for the search process.
Replacement From the Third Month Onwards
If a replacement request is made from the third month onward, the standard placement fee applies, according to the current price list.
The search process continues without additional cost in the event that a suitable candidate is not identified.
Freedom of Choice (For Families)
Collaboration with Oh Nanny Blue does not imply exclusivity.
Clients are free to conduct parallel searches through other sources or agencies, should they wish to do so.
For Companies
In collaborations with Hotels, Resorts, Event Planners, Yacht Agencies, and Travel Agencies, our priority is the uninterrupted continuity of hospitality services.
If, for any reason, a Nanny is unable to continue or proves unsuitable for a specific project, we proceed with an immediate replacement, ensuring that there is no gap in service delivery to your guest families.
The process is handled discreetly, without delay, and without additional search fees.
Corporate Collaboration Framework
For corporate partnerships, the replacement framework is defined by the signed agreement.
It may be occasional, ongoing, or exclusive, depending on the terms and structure of the collaboration.
