Service Fees & Payment Terms
For Corporate Collaborations
In collaborations with Hotels, Resorts, Event Planners, Yacht Agencies, and Travel Agencies, fees are structured according to the selected collaboration model (occasional, ongoing, or exclusive).
In these cases, pricing is agreed on a tailor-made basis, taking into account:
- The duration of the project
- The number of Nannies required
- Any specific or specialised requirements
In all cases, pricing remains transparent, pre-agreed, and free of hidden costs.

At Oh Nanny Blue, we offer clear and transparent pricing across all services, tailored to the needs of both families and nannies.

Below is our detailed financial policy.
Permanent / Long-Term Positions
For permanent placements (full-time, part-time, or hourly), the placement fee is:100% of the agreed monthly salary, or For hourly-based positions, the equivalent of 4.5 weeks of the agreed working hours
This fee is one-off and exclusive of VAT (24%).
Θέσεις Περιορισμένης Διάρκειας / Short-Term Positions
Για προσωρινές θέσεις (π.χ. κάλυψη διακοπών, εποχιακές τοποθετήσεις, περιορισμένη διάρκεια), η προμήθεια του agency ανέρχεται στο 20% επί του συνολικού ποσού της συμφωνίας.
Η ελάχιστη χρέωση είναι €400 (πλέον ΦΠΑ 24%) και η πληρωμή γίνεται εφάπαξ
Yacht Nannies, Hotel Nannies, Event Nannies, Travel Nannies, Vacation Nannies
Οι παραπάνω υπηρεσίες ανήκουν στις κατηγορίες τοποθετήσεων περιορισμένης διάρκειας / Short-Term Positions.
Ισχύει προμήθεια 20% επί του συνολικού ποσού, με ελάχιστη χρέωση €400 (πλέον ΦΠΑ 24%)
Το ίδιο ισχύει και για ταξιδιωτικές συνοδείες Nanny (Travel & Vacation Nannies)
Last-Minute Call Nannies και Event Nannies
Οι υπηρεσίες αυτές υπάγονται στις περιορισμένης διάρκειας τοποθετήσεις / Short-Term Positions. Ωστόσο, όταν πρόκειται για διάρκειες 1–2 ημερών, εφαρμόζεται διαφορετική τιμολογιακή πολιτική:
Ελάχιστη διάρκεια εργασίας: 5 ώρες
Κόστος υπηρεσίας: €20–30/ώρα
Προμήθεια του Agency: 20% επί του συνολικού ποσού, με ελάχιστη χρέωση €50 (πλέον ΦΠΑ 24%)
Maternity Nannies
For Maternity Nanny placements, the agency fee is defined as follows:
Permanent positions: 100% of the monthly salary (or 4.5 weeks if hourly-based)
Fixed-term placements: 20% of the total agreed amount (minimum €400)
Children’s Lessons & Activities
For placements involving private lessons or specialised activities:
One-off fee: €350 (exclusive of VAT 24%)
Contract Renewal Fees
Contract renewal applies to long-term or permanent collaborations, including Children’s Lessons & Activities.
Renewal includes:
Update of documentation and collaboration details
Review of terms (working hours, compensation, duties)
Renewed guidance for the Nanny or educator to ensure continuity and service quality
Discussion of any additional needs or services the family may wish to add
For lessons and activities, programme adjustments based on the child’s evolving needs (age, level, interests)
Renewal up to 6 months → €50 (+ VAT 24%)
Renewal from 7 months to 1 year → €70 (+ VAT 24%)
Renewal for 2 years → €100 (+ VAT 24%)
Notes
• The above fees apply to family collaborations (Nannies & children’s lessons/activities).
• Corporate collaborations are priced individually, according to the agreed terms.
• For renewals of shorter duration, bespoke pricing applies.
Additional Notes
Minimum indicative hourly rates:
- €10/hour for Nanny services
- €25/hour for private lessons / activities
*Final rates depend on experience, specialisation, and the specific requirements of each position.
*Trial days are paid directly by the client, according to the Nanny’s rate (€12–€25/hour).
*No agency fee applies to trial days.
*All collaborations are finalised through a formal contract between the client and Oh Nanny Blue and/or the Nanny.
*All agency fees listed above are exclusive of VAT (24%).
*All payments to Oh Nanny Blue are made in euros (€) and are accompanied by an official receipt or invoice.
