Service Fees & Payment Terms
Corporate Partnerships
For partnerships with Hotels, Resorts, Event Planners, Yacht Agencies and Travel Agencies, fees are tailored to the structure and specific requirements of each collaboration (occasional, ongoing or exclusive).
Pricing takes into account:
- The duration of the project
- The number of Nannies required
- Τhe specific requirements and scope of services provided
Each corporate partnership is priced individually and outlined in a tailored financial proposal.
For Families
At Oh Nanny Blue, pricing is tailored according to the type, duration and specific requirements of each placement, ensuring that the service is appropriately structured around the needs of each family.
Before the placement begins, the family receives the relevant financial proposal together with the applicable terms of service.
Our pricing policy is outlined below.
Short-Term Positions
Yacht • Travel • Vacation • Hotel • Event Nannies
For each Short-Term Placement, a bespoke all-inclusive package is prepared according to the family’s requirements, the duration, destination and specific demands of the position.
The package includes:
- Nanny remuneration
- Agency Fee
- Comprehensive Screening & Safeguarding Process – thorough candidate assessment, reference and documentation checks, interviews & NDA
- Placement preparation and coordination
- Full Nanny briefing and guidance prior to commencement
- Ongoing support and coordination throughout the placement
The family receives a complete financial proposal from the outset, tailored to the specific placement.
The fee is payable as a one-off payment (plus 24% VAT)
Θέσεις Περιορισμένης Διάρκειας / Short-Term Positions
Για προσωρινές θέσεις (π.χ. κάλυψη διακοπών, εποχιακές τοποθετήσεις, περιορισμένη διάρκεια), η προμήθεια του agency ανέρχεται στο 20% επί του συνολικού ποσού της συμφωνίας.
Η ελάχιστη χρέωση είναι €400 (πλέον ΦΠΑ 24%) και η πληρωμή γίνεται εφάπαξ
Yacht Nannies, Hotel Nannies, Event Nannies, Travel Nannies, Vacation Nannies
Οι παραπάνω υπηρεσίες ανήκουν στις κατηγορίες τοποθετήσεων περιορισμένης διάρκειας / Short-Term Positions.
Ισχύει προμήθεια 20% επί του συνολικού ποσού, με ελάχιστη χρέωση €400 (πλέον ΦΠΑ 24%)
Το ίδιο ισχύει και για ταξιδιωτικές συνοδείες Nanny (Travel & Vacation Nannies)
Last-Minute Call Nannies και Event Nannies
Οι υπηρεσίες αυτές υπάγονται στις περιορισμένης διάρκειας τοποθετήσεις / Short-Term Positions. Ωστόσο, όταν πρόκειται για διάρκειες 1–2 ημερών, εφαρμόζεται διαφορετική τιμολογιακή πολιτική:
Ελάχιστη διάρκεια εργασίας: 5 ώρες
Κόστος υπηρεσίας: €20–30/ώρα
Προμήθεια του Agency: 20% επί του συνολικού ποσού, με ελάχιστη χρέωση €50 (πλέον ΦΠΑ 24%)
Long-Term Positions
For Long-Term Placements (Full-Time, Part-Time or Hourly), the placement fee is 100% of the agreed gross monthly salary or, for hourly arrangements, the total value of the agreed working hours over 5 weeks.
The fee is payable as a one-off payment (plus 24% VAT)
International Long-Term Positions
For International Long-Term Placements, the Agency Fee is 20% of the agreed annual gross salary for the first year of employment.
The fee is payable as a one-off payment
*Any applicable VAT or other taxes will be added where required under the relevant legislation
Contract Fees & Renewals
Bespoke Service Agreemen
Oh Nanny Blue offers an optional bespoke agreement service, tailored to the individual needs of each family and the specific circumstances of the placement.
This service is available for both Long-Term Placements and Short-Term Placements.
Depending on the nature of the placement, the agreement may include:
- working hours and schedule
- remuneration and payment arrangements
- duties and scope of responsibilities
- confidentiality and professional conduct terms
- specific provisions tailored to the requirements of the placement
Agreement Fees
Long-Term Placements
Agreement between the Family & Oh Nanny Blue → €50 + 24% VAT
Bespoke Agreement between the Family & the Nanny → €150 + 24% VAT
This service is optional and is provided when the family wishes to have a bespoke agreement prepared through Oh Nanny Blue.
Short-Term Placements
For Yacht, Travel, Vacation, Hotel & Event Placements, a simplified private agreement may be provided upon request and according to the specific requirements of the placement.
Short-Term Agreement Fee → €50 + 24% VAT
Agreement Renewal
Renewals apply to Long-Term Placements and include the updating of relevant details and a review of the key terms of the collaboration.
Renewal for up to 6 months → €50 + 24% VAT
Renewal for up to 12 months → €100 + 24% VAT
Renewal for up to 24 months → €150 + 24% VAT
Where there is a substantial change to the terms or requirements of the placement, a new bespoke agreement may be required.
Notes:
• Fees apply to placements with families
• For corporate partnerships, pricing is tailored individually according to the terms of the collaboration
IMPORTANT NOTE:
*The above contract and renewal fees apply exclusively to placements in Greece. For international placements, different pricing applies depending on the country and the specific requirements of the placement.
Additional Notes
- The minimum hourly rate used for Nannying services is €10/hour.
- The final remuneration depends on the Nanny’s experience, professional profile and the specific requirements of each position.
- Trial Days are paid in full by the client, may last for up to 2 weeks and are charged according to the Nanny’s applicable rate, starting from €12+/hour.
- Oh Nanny Blue does not charge an Agency Fee for Trial Days.
- All placements are formalised through an agreement between the client and Oh Nanny Blue and/or the Nanny
- The rates and fees shown do not include 24% VAT.
- All payments made to Oh Nanny Blue are accompanied by the appropriate receipt or invoice and are processed in euros (€).
*Trial days are paid directly by the client, according to the Nanny’s rate (€12–€25/hour).
*No agency fee applies to trial days.
*All collaborations are finalised through a formal contract between the client and Oh Nanny Blue and/or the Nanny.
*All agency fees listed above are exclusive of VAT (24%).
*All payments to Oh Nanny Blue are made in euros (€) and are accompanied by an official receipt or invoice.
