Antonios Chatzikostis

Mr. Antonios Chatzikostis is a final-year Psychology student (BSc Psychology) with training in a range of specialised fields, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Clinical Hypnotherapy, Autoimmune Diseases, Specific Phobias, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, and the Cognitive–Philosophical Approach.

Through his writing, he aims to make evidence-based knowledge on mental health and human behaviour accessible, practical, and meaningful for a wider audience, bridging the gap between academic research and everyday understanding.

Eirini Patsea

Eirini Patsea studied Classical Singing and Choral Conducting at the Kodály Conservatory. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Department of Music Studies of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a postgraduate qualification in Music Pedagogy from the Hungarian Kodály Institute. In 2016, she was awarded a Master’s degree in Music Education from the Ferenc Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest.

She teaches Kodály-based Music Pedagogy and Choral Conducting at both the Kodály Conservatory and the Athenaeum Conservatory, where she also serves as General Director.

Eirini Patsea is the Principal Conductor of the Chórεs Choir (Artistic Director: Marina Satti), leading the ensemble in numerous live performances, recordings, and video productions. Since 2024, she has also served as Conductor of the Chordae Women’s Chamber Choir.
