No. Oh Nanny Blue collaborates with nannies without any financial obligation on their part.
Our revenue comes exclusively from clients—families or companies.

The process typically takes 5–15 working days, depending on the completeness of submitted documents and the speed of reference verification.
Our priority is to complete the process efficiently, while maintaining consistency and thoroughness.

You complete the Nanny Application Form on our website and upload the required first-stage documents (photo, ID, references, etc.).
Our team then contacts you for an initial online interview and, if we proceed, your online profile is activated.

At the initial stage, we request the following:
• Recent portrait photograph
• Copy of identification document
• Detailed CV (if available) — otherwise, we generate one based on your application
• At least two valid references

Once you move to the next stage, we request a criminal record certificate, diplomas/certifications, and proof of first aid training.

Yes. In your profile, you can indicate whether you prefer permanent, short-term, live-in, live-out, or occasional positions, as well as preferences regarding children’s ages or travel.
